Warranty & Claims Clerk (m/f/x)

About the job

Your Tasks

• You record, check and post warranty claims and goodwill cases in the respective IT systems
• You process and assess damage cases according to manufacturer specifications and internal guidelines and verify the incurred costs
• You monitor parts returns and consistently follow up on open cases
• You communicate with customers, sales partners and internal specialist departments in German and French
• You handle complaints and escalation cases and ensure timely resolution
• You create evaluations, key figures and cost reports
• You monitor warranty, goodwill and residual value costs and prepare corresponding reports

Your Qualifications

• You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• You have technical understanding in the field of engines, construction machinery or commercial vehicles; relevant experience is an advantage
• You are a native speaker of German or French and have very good knowledge of the other language
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You are a team player with strong customer orientation, analytical thinking and high communication skills. You are reliable, responsible and work independently
