As a skilled craftsman, you take care of your assigned properties and ensure smooth operation for our customer in the center of St. Moritz with your structured way of working.

Your main tasks:

- Conducting control and inspection rounds
- Documenting defects including defect repairs
- Performing minor repairs
- Ensuring cleanliness and functionality on the properties
- Processing tickets while adhering to the specified intervention time
- Assisting with revision and maintenance work (including outdoor facilities)
- Taking over on-call duty according to planning

You convince us with:

- Completed basic craft training or proven professional experience in the field of caretaking
- Driver's license category B mandatory (company vehicle with manual transmission)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Strong customer and service orientation
