About the job
The Dösselen Elderly Center offers a home to 63 residents where they are individually cared for and supported.
Your tasks:
- Design and coordinate the care and support of our residents with a wide range of medical conditions and nursing challenges, even in rapidly changing and complex situations
- Active participation in the development and implementation of goals in the nursing area
- Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism accompany the varied daily routine in nursing
You bring with you:
- Completed secondary level II (completed apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence or specialized middle school certificate or high school diploma)
- Willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and motivation for self-directed learning
- Efficient, analytical, systematic, and reflective working
- High communication and teamwork skills
- Interdisciplinary thinking and acting as well as a strong service orientation
