Production Manager Joinery

Your area of responsibility

• You lead our production team professionally and organisationally and support the employees in their development
• To ensure a smooth process, you plan the deployment of our employees in production and assembly as well as the required work equipment and vehicles
• Together with project management, you coordinate production and assembly orders and ensure quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness
• About 40% of your activity involves actively working in production yourself, keeping you close to the team and daily business
• You further develop our production processes, bring in new ideas and implement optimisations, among other things, with LEAN methods
• As part of the management team, you actively shape the further development of our joinery and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health protection

Your foundation

• You have completed training as a joiner and ideally further training in technology, business administration or project management
• You bring several years of professional experience in joinery as well as experience in leading and developing employees
• Organisational talent, a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working characterise you; knowledge of project management and LEAN methods is an advantage
• You are familiar with common Office programmes and open to familiarising yourself with industry-specific IT programmes
• You have very good German skills; knowledge of French and English is an advantage
