Your Tasks
- Comprehensive and professional care and support of our 46 residents
- Participation in nursing and interdisciplinary reports as well as nursing specialist discussions
- Co-responsibility for planning and implementing individual care goals
- Support of vocational training and supervision of trainees
- Active involvement in projects and further developments in the nursing sector
- Electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach
- Assessment of care needs according to RAI-LTCF
- Contributing to a pleasant, respectful, and homely atmosphere
Your Profile
- Completed and Swiss-recognised training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH or DN II
- Experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- High professional, social, and personal competence
- Responsible, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork, innovation, and modern aids
- Commitment, warmth, resilience, and flexibility
- Interest in further education and personal development
