Your Tasks

Comprehensive and professional care and support of our 46 residents

Participation in nursing and interdisciplinary reports as well as nursing specialist discussions

Co-responsibility for planning and implementing individual care goals

Support of vocational training and supervision of trainees

Active involvement in projects and further developments in the nursing sector

Electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach

Assessment of care needs according to RAI-LTCF

Contributing to a pleasant, respectful, and homely atmosphere

Your Profile

Completed and Swiss-recognised training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH or DN II

Experience in long-term care and dealing with people with dementia is an advantage

Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

High professional, social, and personal competence

Responsible, independent, and service-oriented working style

Enjoyment of teamwork, innovation, and modern aids

Commitment, warmth, resilience, and flexibility

Interest in further education and personal development
