The Swiss Air-Rescue Rega provides professional medical assistance from the air around the clock to patients in Switzerland and worldwide. It is a non-profit and private foundation supported by more than 3.6 million patrons.

Are you proficient in German and do you speak French and Italian? Are you looking for a temporary position from January 1 to April 30, 2026 (4 or 5 full working days), for example because you are a student taking a gap year, have returned from a world trip, or are seeking an interim earning opportunity? Would you like to become part of our contact center temporary team, which is in contact with our patrons during our peak season and primarily answers administrative questions regarding patronage and address changes professionally and promptly by phone? The workplace is the Rega Center at Zurich Airport.

These tasks will excite you

Multilingual handling of incoming telephone inquiries during our fixed service hours (Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00)
Handling outgoing telephone calls in German
Telephone advice and support for our patrons
Processing of patronage changes
Taking on ad-hoc tasks

Completed basic education, high school diploma or equivalent qualification
Very good knowledge of German, Italian and French
High motivation, flexibility and service orientation, team player
Strong communication skills, openness and respectful interaction with people
