About the job
Your Tasks
- Technical and commercial management of projects (from the offer phase to handover to the
- client)
- Site management (material procurement as well as schedule and quality monitoring)
- Leading employees including employee discussions and assisting with recruitment
- Scheduling of installation teams
- Customer support, negotiations with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
- Compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines and directives
- Controlling own projects
- Implement, monitor and regularly inform about occupational safety/health protection goals.
- Introduce new employees and external companies to occupational safety/health protection matters
- Participation in representation events (e.g. topping-out ceremony, trade fairs, customer events, etc.) also outside regular working hours
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a heating or sanitary installer or building technology planner with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Further training with a professional certificate (federal FA) or willingness to obtain it promptly
- Further training as a master craftsman or technical school is an advantage
- Motivating leadership qualities
- Independent working
- Assertiveness
- Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good manners
- Good MS Office skills
