About the job

- Operation and monitoring of the shredder system during ongoing operation
- Sorting out foreign and disruptive materials from the material flow
- Control of material feed and prevention of blockages
- Monitoring of material discharge and adjustment of processes
- Reporting of malfunctions and special incidents
- Support with emptying and handling of containers (e.g., containers, metal boxes)
- Emptying of containers with sorted foreign materials
- Assisting in other areas during shredder downtime
- Maintenance, service, and care of entrusted technical equipment
- Experience in operating and maintaining technical equipment (e.g., conveyor belts)
- Language skills in German and French are an advantage
- Resilience, quick comprehension, and willingness to learn
- Hands-on, practical working style
- Careful and responsible handling of operating resources
