Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

The company is an established Swiss recycling and disposal company that makes an important contribution to the recovery and reuse of valuable raw materials.
The working environment combines industrial processes, recycling technology, logistics, trade, and commercial business functions. Employees work at diverse interfaces and help to make processes more efficient, sustainable, and economically successful.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the ongoing processing of incoming invoices.
You ensure smooth payment transactions and handle daily payment runs as well as manual payment orders and transfers.
You are a reliable contact for suppliers and internal contacts, clarify reminders, and support with questions regarding invoices.
You take on tasks in liquidity planning and ensure the correct processing of the central creditor mailboxes.
Furthermore, you are responsible for master data maintenance, invoice validation, and reconciliation of tax-relevant accounts, especially in the area of VAT.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification as well as practical experience in accounting form your professional basis.
You have good IT skills.
With your numerically oriented and interconnected way of thinking, you quickly recognise discrepancies and approach tasks systematically.
Even with a high workload, you work independently, precisely, and organised and reliably keep your priorities in view.
As a communicative and discreet personality, you present yourself professionally and have very good German language skills.
