• You ensure reliable, individual basic care
• You promote social contacts and support the building of sustainable relationships
• You strengthen participation in cultural and social life
• You design communication and orientation aids
• You accompany educational and developmental processes with the aim of maximum independence
• You work closely in a team and with professionals from various fields

What you bring

• A completed training as a care specialist (disability sector) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting people with impairments
• Enjoyment of solution-oriented and structured work (e.g. participation management)
• Openness to flexible working hours (no split shifts)
• A respectful, resource-oriented approach to people is natural for you
• You think in networks, are resilient, communicative, and act responsibly
• A driving licence is an advantage
