Overall project management of interdisciplinary product developments in the semiconductor industry
You comprehensively lead the projects from requirements definition through concept development & design, procurement, integration & verification of prototypes to the transfer of production and technical support to our manufacturing and support organizations in Asia
Planning and coordination of development and manufacturing activities for complex mechatronic systems in an interdisciplinary team of mechatronics developers, process engineers, and project purchasers in close exchange with system architects, product managers, and line supervisors of the individual development disciplines
In doing so, you take on the moderating and coordinating role in the team when developing solution concepts, analyzing weaknesses, as well as defining and implementing measures to reduce risks
Your solid knowledge in the development of mechatronic systems allows you to make valuable technical contributions and to set the technical direction within the team
You lead and monitor the project progress according to our development process and take over reporting and providing decision-making bases for internal & external stakeholders
The technical coordination and collaboration with our external development partners expand your diverse range of tasks
What distinguishes you
Completed studies in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical engineering, or comparable
Several years of experience in product development as well as leading demanding technical projects
Enthusiasm for high-tech precision mechanical engineering
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Structured, flexible, and implementation-strong personality
Good communication skills in German and English are a must-have
Willingness to travel occasionally
