Your profile

• Professional training in computer science or higher vocational education
• 7 years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Experience in partial or project management
• Good technical understanding with comprehensive analytical and conceptual skills
• Initiative and commitment
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written

Your tasks

You actively bring your experience and technical know-how as an IT System Engineer into our team and significantly shape our IT landscape. You take responsibility, think ahead, and work both behind the scenes and in direct exchange with customers and partners. Your tasks are diverse and offer you plenty of room for co-creation:

• You actively participate in the development and introduction of new technologies – for example, in cloud migrations, ITIL processes, or the introduction of a CMDB
• You share responsibility for the system architecture of BBT and also support our customers with their IT infrastructure
• You contribute to various IT projects and also take on partial or project management
• You maintain and support systems and applications – with a focus on the Microsoft environment – and take on tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support
• You are the right hand of the team leader and act as deputy in his absence
• You evaluate and introduce new hardware as well as operating, standard, communication, and universal application software
• You manage partner relationships in the hosting & cloud services area and maintain quality and collaboration at a high level
