Position at a glance
550 employees responsible for producing high-quality infant nutrition for domestic and international markets shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high daily demands on our team regarding compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you also like to be part of our team?
To strengthen our Special Products (SP) department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible individual as Plant Operator.
A day in the life of a Plant Operator
- Preparation of milk and infant foods using modern production equipment
- Carrying out raw material feeding, spray drying as well as mixing, preparation and filling of powder
- Performing the cleaning process (CIP cleaning) and general cleaning tasks according to existing quality standards
- Documentation of production and cleaning processes
- Activities in the line laboratory and conducting analyses according to QMS
- Responsibility for product manufacturing in compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations as well as NGMP and SOPs
- Ensuring careful handling of raw and packaging materials as well as energy, equipment, laboratory devices and cleaning agents
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
What makes you successful
- Successfully completed EFZ training as a dairy technologist or food technologist or extensive experience as a plant operator in the food sector
- Good technical understanding and proactive approach
- Customer-oriented behaviour in all work situations
- Strong safety, environmental and hygiene awareness
- Team-oriented and independent personality showing initiative and commitment
- Experienced in SAP, MES and MS Office
- Very good oral and written German skills
