Trainer in Nursing Surgery in Job Sharing

We are looking for you from September 1, 2025 as

• You accompany, promote and assess trainees
• You work closely with the nursing team and vocational training, design learning settings and bring in new ideas
• You are responsible for the introduction and support of daily reference persons on the ward

• You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH and have already gained experience in the acute sector, ideally on a surgical ward
• You enjoy educational work and team spirit
• You are open to new forms of collaboration such as job sharing

• With us, in addition to 40% as a trainer in job sharing, you can also be deployed up to 60% as a certified nursing professional - let us know what is ideal for you
