Your role
You are the central contact person for managers and employees in the German-speaking part of Switzerland on all personnel-related matters. You advise and support them in their daily work, accompany change processes, and ensure that HR processes are implemented efficiently and practically. With your solid knowledge of labor law and your consulting competence, you contribute significantly to a positive corporate culture and ensure appreciative and professional support for our employees.
Your tasks as an HR Business Partner
- As a strategic HR Business Partner, you advise and coach our managers in implementing our value enhancement program
- You accompany change management: support change processes to involve employees in the implementation of new initiatives
- You bring the right employees on board: accompany recruitment processes and ensure targeted selection and successful onboarding of new employees
- Development is your topic: identify training and development needs and implement programs to promote employees
- You bring labor law expertise: ensure compliance with all labor law regulations and advise on legal questions
- You manage talents: develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and promoting talents
- As a trusted contact, you support employees with personal and professional concerns and contribute to employee satisfaction
- You continuously develop HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and user-friendliness
- You promote corporate culture: contribute to a positive and inclusive corporate culture through targeted measures and programs
- You manage performance: support the implementation and execution of performance evaluations and feedback processes
- You actively participate in HR projects, manage relevant topics, and contribute to achieving our strategic HR goals
- In addition, you take on part of the HR administration and recruiting, as well as deputize for our admin manager and recruiter during absences
Your profile
At CWS Hygiene, we firmly believe that it is crucial that you fit both personally and culturally with us. You have a passion for service solutions and bring a high level of commitment.
- You have completed further training as an HR specialist and have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of labor law and HR processes helps you to advise managers specifically and strengthen them in their role
- With your pronounced communication and consulting skills, you appear confident and find pragmatic solutions for complex HR issues
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- As a team player, you manage to address different personalities and promote a trusting collaboration
- You are confident in MS Office; experience with Workday is a plus
- Very good German and English skills are required; good French skills are an advantage
