We are looking for a Junior Business Developer who will help build a pipeline of event organisers, support B2B marketing activities, and actively contribute to the further development of the ticketing platform.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with New Business Managers to improve the company’s customer acquisition
• Build a pipeline of potential customers through targeted acquisition via email and telephone
• Support the B2B marketing strategy, professional blog posts, and newsletters
• Create offers for new customers
• Assist in maintaining and improving the B2B CRM

Our requirements

You…

• are a university graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and want to apply your acquired skills in practice, or alternatively have another completed education
• have a strong IT affinity, are a digital native, and feel at home on the internet
• have good manners and a strong customer and service orientation
• are an initiative-taking, reliable, and independent personality who knows how to set priorities
• are willing to occasionally work outside office hours (flexible working hours considering event executions)
• are fluent in German and English. French or Italian are a welcome plus.
