Your tasks
- Responsibility for the practical training of our apprentices
- Planning and conducting learning sequences as well as support in everyday professional life
- Close cooperation with department management, education officers, and team
- Ensuring professional care and support of our residents
- Participation in the primary nursing system including work with relatives
- Preparing, checking, and administering medication
- Participation in BESA assessments and careful nursing documentation
What you bring
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Ideally further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and supporting learners
- Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility
- Empathy, team spirit, and a good feel for people
