You ensure that everything runs smoothly here – in the indoor swimming pool, in the sports halls, and around the Heslibach cultural and sports facility. For our versatile operation, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and service-oriented individual as of 1 May 2027
Caretaker and Lifeguard 100%
Your tasks
- Responsibility for a safe and smooth swimming operation as well as ensuring safety and first aid services
- Operation and maintenance of building technical systems as well as troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Versatile building, facility, and outdoor maintenance including care and upkeep of furniture and equipment
- Ensuring hygiene and quality standards as well as implementation of the usage regulations
- Support of various user groups and assistance with events and extraordinary deployments
Your profile
- Completed basic training in a craft field, ideally with professional experience
- Independent, efficient, and responsible working style with technical understanding and initiative
- Valid IGBA PRO certificate or SLRG Pro Pool certificate including BLS-AED as well as completed first aid course or willingness to obtain the required qualifications
- Enjoyment in working with children, teachers, and other stakeholders
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
