For this versatile task, we are looking for an enthusiastic and strong closing sales talent with a passion for mobile devices.

Are you a committed and professional service provider who always puts the customer at the center as a representative of mobilezone? Thanks to your open and approachable manner, you manage to approach customers easily and always friendly? You are a helpful and flexible team player who enjoys exchanging ideas with others and pitching in?

A completed vocational training with EFZ, ideally in retail, is a prerequisite for the position. Very good German skills as well as Portuguese and/or Spanish are also an advantage. Experience in the telco industry and confident handling of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) complete your profile.

You will take on the following tasks:

Sales consulting of customers on the entire product range of mobilezone:
mobile devices, subscriptions, accessories, and other additional services
Ongoing information gathering about new trends and products on the market
Support of the Store Manager, e.g., in implementing sales-promoting measures in the store as well as optimizing the appearance of the sales store
Participation in goods receipt checks and inventories, cash register reconciliations, etc.
