Are you passionate about accompanying and advising Swiss SMEs and large customers on their path of digital transformation?
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- As a Senior Account Manager in the Energy and X-Markets sector, you are the first point of contact for our most important customers and responsible for their care, development, and maintenance
- You have 360-degree customer responsibility and take on team-specific selling tasks for existing as well as new customers. In doing so, you realize additional sales by demonstrating concrete customer benefits
- You lead the sales process through to successful completion
- You further develop the future growth strategy and implement new customer and sales plans
- As an ambassador of the isolutions vision, you inspire our customers at product presentations, customer events, and more
We expect from you:
- Several years of experience in key account management of IT services and complex solutions, ideally in solution business
- Proven sales success and an existing network in the Swiss market
- A passion for the Microsoft technology platform
- Ideally a higher education in business administration or business informatics (HF/FH/UNI).
- You have high social and methodological competence as well as a strong presence in uncertain, unknown situations
- You are a "people person," easily make new contacts, and have a talent for quickly and sustainably gaining the trust of others
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Work location Zurich, Bern, or Basel
