Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced finance and accounting specialist who passionately combines numbers, financial statements and structured processes. You can expect an internationally oriented company in the art and culture sector, active at various locations worldwide, offering a dynamic, versatile environment. In this role, you will manage several Swiss companies and take on an important role in financial accounting.
Responsibilities:
You manage the accounting including subsidiary ledgers for several Swiss companies
You work in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
You manage the asset accounting and prepare monthly and annual financial statements
You monitor the group-wide intercompany reconciliations
You prepare reports, analyses and VAT returns
You participate in financial projects and support the further development and optimisation of processes and systems
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
You bring several years of professional experience with responsibility for financial statements
You have excellent Excel skills and are proficient in MS Office
You work independently, structured, efficiently and reliably
Fluent German and English skills are required
