Tasks
- Operate and develop customer environments focusing on Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
- Plan and implement projects in Switching, Routing, Firewalls, and SD-WAN.
- Ensure smooth operations through monitoring, analysis, and support.
Skills
- Several years of experience in network technologies, preferably in Enterprise or Data-Center environments.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Switching & Routing, Fortinet, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Experience in infrastructure projects and proficiency in German and English.

Your Role
- Operation and further development of customer environments as well as our private cloud network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco and Fortinet technologies
- Design, planning, and implementation of projects in the areas of switching, routing, firewalls, and SD-WAN
- Ensuring trouble-free operation including monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting (2nd-/3rd-level support)
- Analysis and optimization of existing network architectures with a focus on performance, availability, and security
- Collaboration with other IT departments, external partners, and service providers
- Documentation of network configurations, processes, and architectures
- Onboarding during the first three months at our headquarters in Sursee
What You Bring
- Several years of professional experience in network technologies, ideally in enterprise or data center environments
- Very good knowledge in:
- Cisco Switching & Routing (e.g., Nexus, Catalyst)
- Fortinet (e.g., FortiGate, FortiManager)
- SD-WAN solutions (preferably Fortinet)
- Dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Experience in implementing infrastructure projects (e.g., network redesigns, migrations, firewall concepts)
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and high personal responsibility
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
