To strengthen our team for the summer season, we are looking from immediately or by arrangement until 31 October 2026 for a motivated and open-minded person for our restaurant CHOCHTOPF in the Jungfrau Hotel in Wilderswil.
These are the tasks
- Assisting with guest catering (à la carte, production and group catering)
- Goods receipt, mise en place, proper handling of food
- Supporting the guidance of accompanied employees in work-pedagogical matters in the kitchen area
- Compliance with regulations regarding hygiene, quality and occupational safety
What we expect from you
- Completed professional training as a cook
- Several years of professional experience an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Swiss gastronomy
- Good German skills, spoken and written
- You work efficiently, goal-oriented, flexibly and keep an overview in hectic situations
- Creativity as well as precise production are as natural to you as independent and organised working
