From August 2026 to February 2027, we are bringing Mammut to the Factory Outlet Fashion Fish in Schönenwerd with a pop-up store. For this period, we are looking for a motivated, mountain sports enthusiast Assistant Store Manager for our team.

Your tasks

• Deputise for the Store Manager during their absence
• Sell our high-quality products
• Advise and support our international customers
• Assist with merchandise presentation and maintenance
• Contribute to inventory management

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in retail or equivalent education
• Experience in sales within the sports industry is an advantage
• Passion and enthusiasm for the outdoor industry and our products
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Flexibility regarding work assignments, including Saturdays
• Good German and good English skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
