Your main tasks
- Administration of monthly salaries, including social insurances
- Preparation of the personnel budget and quarterly forecasts
- Support for line managers in personnel management
- Recruitment in collaboration with line managers of various departments
- Management of personnel files, responsibility for the HR system (Abacus) and time tracking
- Continuous optimization of HR processes, digitalization of workflows
