Your mission with us:

• Comprehensive pre- and postoperative care and support of patients (adults and children from 3 years old)
• Implementation of the nursing process from admission to discharge, taking into account the patients' resources
• Recording, documenting and billing of nursing services
• Responsibility for the professional and timely execution of medical orders
• Recognising crisis situations and initiating appropriate measures
• Taking over the shift management of the ward
• Correct and economical use of nursing materials and equipment
• Assisting with the induction of new employees and supporting trainees, students and interns

• Diploma as Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH
• Experience in the care and support of children as well as in collaboration within the attending physician model is desirable
• Empathetic personality with pedagogical and didactic skills
• High reliability, sense of responsibility and resilience
• Well-groomed appearance as well as very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Flexible willingness to work and team spirit

• Working hours from Monday to Saturday as well as occasional Sunday duties (approx. 7 per year) in a 3-shift system with company holidays over Christmas/New Year
