• Holistic care and support of residents with a focus on dementia
• Responsibility as a key contact person and active involvement in the care process
• Participation in care needs assessments according to RAI
• Electronic care documentation with modern tools
• Planning and accompaniment of medical visits
• Assuming daily responsibility
• Participation in quality and development topics within care
• Responsibility for trainees and interns
• Support, promotion, and training of AGS, FaGe, and SRK trainees
• Collaboration with vocational schools, relatives, and internal stakeholders
• Involvement in the selection of future trainees

Requirements Profile

What you bring

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Knowledge of the RAI system or interest in corresponding further training
• Enjoyment in working with people with dementia
• Independent, responsible, and empathetic working style
• Humour, passion, and enthusiasm for the nursing profession
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
