- Cleaning services (maintenance, intermediate and deep cleaning as well as specialised cleaning)
- Maintenance cleaning (offices, floor coverings, glass surfaces, toilet facilities, cloakrooms, smoking shelters, meeting rooms, lifts, break rooms, rest areas, etc.)
- Intermediate cleaning (offices, corridors, shower facilities, windows, etc.)
- Deep cleaning (offices, floor coverings, windows, toilet facilities, shower facilities, technical rooms, carpet extraction, break rooms, rest areas, etc.)
- Specialised cleaning (as required, e.g. construction site cleaning)
- Operation of the company’s own laundry
- Detection and reporting of defects
- General inspections or rounds, general cleanliness and order

- Several years of proven professional experience and experience in cleaning
- Organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Possession of a category B driving licence is desirable

- Swiss nationality or C permit (function-related)
