Job Description

• Support of the Head of Nursing Service in professional and organisational management

• Deputising for the Head of Nursing Service during absences

• Ensuring professional and individual care for clients at home

• Coordination and organisation of care assignments

• Support in deployment and route planning

• Professional guidance and support of employees

• Ensuring and further development of care quality

• Conducting needs assessments and responsibility for the care process

• Collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies

• Control and assurance of complete care documentation

• Participation in the optimisation of internal procedures and processes

• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Active participation in direct care when required

• Support in the introduction and mentoring of new employees

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or FH.

• Professional experience in a relevant field is an advantage.

• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.

• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekend shifts.

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
