The Siloah Residenz Vivo AG in the heart of Köniz is a well-maintained home for people with diverse needs. We include 28 residential apartments, a supervised living area with 15 care rooms, as well as the public restaurant Sinfonie and versatile event spaces.

We are looking for a Deputy Residential Group Leader 80-100% to complement our team immediately or by arrangement. Would you like to take responsibility, actively shape the daily life of a residential group, and work closely with the residents and the team? Then you are a perfect fit for us! We are looking for a committed, communicative personality who convinces both organizationally and personally as a Deputy Residential Group Leader.

Your tasks

• Coordination and organization of workflows in the residential group
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and good information flow
• Support in personnel management and deployment planning
• Participation in the training of apprentices and promotion of a positive team culture
• Taking on administrative tasks (including RAI)
• Ensuring high-quality care and support for the residents
• Accompanying admissions and serving as a contact person for relatives
• Participation in projects and support in the further development of the residential group

Your profile

• Certified nursing professional HF
• Experience in team leadership preferred
• Further training in leadership, management, or willingness to complete training in this area preferred
• Solid knowledge of care processes and standards
• Experience in caring for people in need of care
• Confident work in documentation and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High empathy and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with confident handling of conflict situations
• Ability to reflect, sense of responsibility, and resilience
• Constructive handling of feedback
