About the job
SUISA makes music possible
SUISA is the cooperative of music creators and publishers. Over 43,000 composers, lyricists and music publishers are organised in the company founded in 1923. SUISA enables music to be used publicly and ensures that music creators are fairly paid for this use. Together with sister companies worldwide, it represents the rights of a total of two million authors and publishers. SUISA employs over 220 staff at locations in Zurich, Lausanne and Lugano.
Our IT team of around 40 specialists ensures a modern, efficient system landscape that is continuously developed. Central applications are already successfully in use and there is plenty of scope for design: new specialist applications are being developed, existing systems optimised and innovative solutions realised. Music creators deserve fair remuneration for their works. To ensure this works reliably, we rely on modern IT solutions.
SUISA's application landscape is based on a modern integration platform (Red Hat Fuse with Spring Boot), orchestrated with the Camunda workflow system. The complex frontends are implemented with React. Some applications have already been realised and successfully introduced on this platform. For the further development of SUISA's member and customer portal, we are looking for a highly qualified individual by arrangement.

This is what sets you apart

- At least 5 years of professional experience in object-oriented software development with Java
- Experience in leading small teams in software development
- Sound knowledge of current Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA and Spring

- Good knowledge of software engineering methods, processes and technologies
