In this responsible position, you take on a central role with the following focuses:

Professional tasks:

• Organization and participation in the individual care and support of residents
• Coordination of daily operations
• Ensuring the correct recording of care services and materials, as well as careful management of care documentation
• Professional collaboration with doctors, relatives, and residents
• Ensuring the proper implementation of medical instructions
• Responsibility for medication management including ordering and correct handling of narcotics
• Receiving concerns and initiating appropriate measures
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations

Leadership tasks:

• Leading the nursing team including delegation, coordination, and control of tasks
• Conducting management team meetings and employee discussions
• Professional support, guidance, and promotion of employees
• Introduction of new employees and responsibility for the training of apprentices
• Participation in management and executive reports
  Ensuring your own professional development

Area of RAI responsibility: (if desired)

• Coordination and ensuring the correct handling of the RAI-NH system
• Control and maintenance of the IT version RAIsoft as well as checking MDS codings
• Monitoring periodic MDS surveys according to the RAI-NH concept
• Planning and organizing internal training sessions
• Correspondence with health insurance companies and support during audits

• Certified nursing professional at tertiary level (HF, AKP, DNII, PSYKP)
• Leadership experience with management training or willingness for further education
• Several years of professional experience in geriatrics and long-term care
• High professional and social competence, responsible and flexible
• Organizational skills, resilient and confident appearance
• Team- and solution-oriented as well as humorous and appreciative in interaction
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Advantageous to be a supervisor with experience or willingness to successfully complete BESAQsys training
