About the job

• you take over the conception and control of the implementation of features as well as technological requirements for our digital news platforms (e.g. Aargauer Zeitung, Luzerner Zeitung and other titles)
• you work closely with development, design, data and other stakeholders to implement requirements efficiently and purposefully
• you coordinate projects, coordinate with internal teams and external service providers or independently manage projects
• you continuously improve our websites by analyzing user data, feedback and market trends
• you ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets and schedules
• you develop creative ideas for innovation and implementation of new features

• you have experience in the further development of digital products and are confident in the environment of digital platforms and technical systems
• you have a very good technical understanding of content management systems, digital product management and system architecture
• you like to take the perspective of the user when developing products in order to achieve the highest possible user-friendliness and thus create products that are fun
• you can demonstrate confident and skilled handling of project management methods, preferably in agile project methodology
• you bring economic, innovative as well as creative and entrepreneurial product thinking
• your good communication skills reach different stakeholder levels
