Your contribution in our team
With your work, you truly make a difference. You work in an interdisciplinary team on solutions for the energy transition, electromobility, and the transformation of the electricity system. You model developments in the energy system, build our models and data pipelines, and continuously develop them further. You support clients from the public sector as well as energy suppliers and logistics companies in their planning, investments, and the further development of their business models. You accompany the decarbonisation of our mobility and work on concrete solutions for charging infrastructure, its integration into the power grids, and the transformation of vehicle fleets.
With our models and methods, we are among the market leaders in Switzerland. From the outset, you work on varied projects in small, agile teams and take on responsibility. You contribute your ideas, continuously learn new things, and develop professionally. Your competencies
- Master’s degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) in engineering sciences (electrical, mechanical, energy, environmental engineering) or environmental sciences
- Knowledge in specific topics such as energy, power systems, electrical engineering, energy policy, drive technology, or energy storage is an advantage
- Proficient in handling datasets and quantitative analyses (good knowledge of R, Python, SQL)
- Natural demeanour and enjoyment of teamwork and direct exchange with clients
- Creative and holistic thinker with strong initiative
- Curiosity, high willingness to learn, and enjoyment of challenging questions
- Practical experience in the use of AI in projects and programming is an advantage
- Flair for independent project management regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German. If French is your mother tongue, we especially look forward to your application.
