To strengthen our team in the Confection department in Oensingen, we are looking for a motivated and proactive personality as of 1 October 2026 for the position of:
Machine Setter and Product Coordinator for Small Series Production m/f/d (100%)
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up, converting, and starting up production machines and systems
- Ensuring smooth production processes during the ongoing shift
- Monitoring process parameters and optimising machine settings
- Deadline monitoring and tracking of delivery dates in close coordination with planning and production management
- Coordination and guidance of employees on the line / in the team
- Support and training of employees in handling machines and workflows
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Conducting initial inspections and participating in quality assurance processes
- Troubleshooting minor faults and supporting maintenance work
- Reporting production figures and deviations
Your Profile
- Completed technical or craft training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic or similar)
- Experience in setting up and operating production systems
- Good knowledge of production processes and workflows
- Understanding of quality assurance and occupational safety
- Leadership and assertiveness skills
- Organisational talent and structured working method
- High personal responsibility and reliability
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Resilience and flexibility (shift work)
- Experience in staff management or as line supervisor
- Knowledge of ERP or production planning systems
