• Overall responsibility for internal and external communication of the Service Division as well as employer branding
• Development, coordination, and management of the communication strategy and measures for over 90 locations in 25 countries worldwide
• Design and implementation of division-wide communication projects in close collaboration with Group Communications
• Leadership and further development of a small team
• Advising and coaching executives on communication topics and crisis communication

• Completed studies in communication, marketing, journalism, or comparable education
• Extensive know-how in strategic and operational corporate communication, especially in creating texts and digital communication formats
• Experience in an international, decentralised organisation as well as in implementing cross-country communication projects is an advantage
• High degree of independence, hands-on mentality, and the ability to prioritise and drive topics forward
• Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and leading a small team
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
