Your tasks

• Planning and management of personnel deployment as well as allocation of tasks
• Ensuring production, quality and safety requirements in the specialist area
• Deadline monitoring and coordination according to the daily schedule
• Instruction and training of employees
• Participation in continuous improvement processes
• Representation of the team leadership as well as interface function to other departments and superiors

What convinces us about you

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a polymechanic or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in metal processing, ideally in the fine sheet metal sector, as well as leadership experience advantageous
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP and very good German skills at level C1, English skills at level B2 advantageous
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious way of working as well as high commitment
• Solution-oriented, customer- and company-oriented thinking with pronounced self-organisation
• Teamwork, communication skills and assertiveness with a cooperative leadership style
