What you need to be successful

• You are completing the 3rd year of the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at a University of Applied Sciences and already bring solid knowledge as well as curiosity and commitment
• The well-being of patients is close to your heart – you treat people with respect, mindfulness, and appreciation
• You design the nursing process in a patient-oriented and professional manner
• You are enthusiastic and convinced, enjoy working in an interprofessional team, and remain focused and resilient even in demanding situations
• You are motivated to learn new skills and apply them directly in practice – because you want to continuously develop and actively shape your role
• You actively contribute your knowledge as a Bachelor graduate
