What you need to be successful
- You are completing the 3rd year of the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at a University of Applied Sciences and already bring solid knowledge as well as curiosity and commitment
- The well-being of patients is close to your heart – you treat people with respect, mindfulness, and appreciation
- You design the nursing process in a patient-oriented and professional manner
- You are enthusiastic and convinced, enjoy working in an interprofessional team, and remain focused and resilient even in demanding situations
- You are motivated to learn new skills and apply them directly in practice – because you want to continuously develop and actively shape your role
- You actively contribute your knowledge as a Bachelor graduate
