Specialist Advisor for Labor Market Integration
Office for Industry, Trade and Labor | 60-100% | Chur
The Office for Industry, Trade and Labor (KIGA) currently employs around 120 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organize labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the areas of labor market and occupational safety.
We are looking for a Specialist Advisor for Labor Market Integration (60 - 100%) for the Labor Market Measures department in our deployment program pro vision in Chur starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Support and guidance of job seekers on their way to the primary labor market
- Analysis of the individual strengths and weaknesses of participants to optimize their labor market opportunities
- Assisting participants in preparing application documents and preparing for interviews as well as conducting application training
- Accompanying our participants in training for commercial and other practical activities
- Documenting participants' progress in internal systems and reporting to the referring agencies (RAV, disability insurance, social services)
- Close contact with the referring agencies
- Building and maintaining networks with regional companies and relevant labor market actors
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training in commercial, social, or labor market-related fields or willingness to complete specific further training
- Professional experience in coaching, adult education, working with job seekers, or in HR is an advantage
- High social competence and empathy in dealing with different target groups
- Independent work and resilience in challenging situations
- Teamwork skills and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills as well as good spoken Italian skills
- Very good IT skills, especially in using MS Office and labor market-related software
- Willingness to work at one of our other locations in Chur
