- Specialist hospital for children and adolescents at two locations serving the large city of Ingolstadt, the large district town Neuburg a. d. Donau, and the entire Region 10 in Upper Bavaria
- Staffing key: 1 Chief Physician/11 Senior Physicians/27 Specialist and Assistant Physicians
- Full training authorisation for paediatrics as well as several specialisations and additional training in paediatric subdisciplines
- Perinatal Centre Level I Neuburg a. d. Donau/Ingolstadt, approx. 2,800 births per year at the Ingolstadt location and approx. 1,000 births at the Neuburg a. d. Donau location
- Attached Social Paediatric Centre for comprehensive care of developmental abnormalities in children
- Cooperation and rotation opportunities with the in-house child and adolescent psychiatry

Your tasks
- Inpatient care of patients in the field of paediatrics and adolescent medicine
- Outpatient paediatric emergency care
- Gaining competencies in the diagnosis and treatment of general paediatric conditions as well as general surgical, trauma, endocrinological, diabetological, gastroenterological, neuropaediatric and paediatric cardiological diseases in childhood and adolescence
- Active involvement in neonatology
- Implementation of our in-house standards and guidelines
- Committed collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
Your profile
- Entry-level or advanced physician in training
- Valid medical licence
- Passion for the field of paediatrics and adolescent medicine as well as enjoyment in working with children and their parents
- Commitment and initiative in organising daily routines
- Willingness to actively shape the hospital
- Respectful interaction with patients, colleagues and relatives
