About the job

Our corporate group has been successfully active in the field of donation marketing since 1995. In both internal and field service, we ensure the planning and smooth running of our clients' (NGOs) campaigns. In addition, we employ around 1,000 temporary field staff annually for short assignments throughout Switzerland as part of information stand campaigns. To strengthen our IT services team, we are immediately looking for a committed person for an internship.

IT Support Internship (m/f/d | 100%) limited to 12 months

Your tasks

• You support our IT team with support requests from the field service via ticket system, telephone and support chat. After training, you will independently handle simple requests; for more complex cases, the team will assist you.
• You prepare tablets, printers, hotspots, mobile phones and payment terminals for our campaigns and check with checklists whether they are ready for use.
• You get to know our device management with Workspace ONE and Apple Business Manager and assist with setting up devices as well as distributing apps and profiles.
• You test new versions of our Corris and Lazoona apps according to specified test procedures and document errors comprehensibly.
• You support the team with device and app updates as well as creating instructions and information for the field service.
• You maintain our device inventory, record returns and defects, and assist with providing replacement devices and ordering materials.
• You help manage mobile subscriptions and SIM cards as well as prepare the associated invoice verification.

Your profile

• You are interested in IT, mobile devices and technical contexts.
• You have basic computer skills. Initial experience with device installations or IT support is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You enjoy learning new things, show initiative and ask for help when you need support.
• You work carefully, reliably and in a structured manner and are willing to take on tasks independently after training.
• You like to help others and communicate in a friendly and understandable way.
• You have good German skills. French, Italian and/or English are an advantage.
