Your tasks include ...
- independently implementing activation offers.
- ensuring process planning and documentation of group as well as individual activations/therapies.
- ensuring and implementing a high-quality daily routine, activation, and activation therapy for the residents.
- offering and conducting individual advice and support for employees in conflict management as well as in specialist topics concerning residents and their relatives.
- ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and external parties.
- accompanying our HF students in activation.

- have completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF, preferably at the ;medi Centre for Medical Education Bern.
- are committed and ready to take responsibility.

The Am Bachgraben Retirement Centre is more than a place to live; it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide range of care and support but also specialised assistance for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we support our residents with acute medical needs and provide holistic and caring care in old age. Our offer is complemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
