Concierge (m/f/d)
The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been repeatedly awarded as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. German and English required, any additional language is an advantage

Guest information and guest care
Handling all tasks at the concierge and front office
Operation of the telephone system and ensuring telephone handling according to the required standards
Monitoring and control of the fire alarm system as well as the hotel entrances
Creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all guests
