Project Manager: Implementation of Facility Services 100% (a)

You are responsible for the introduction of new integral Facility Services mandates and lead the projects through all phases until handover to the operational areas. In doing so, you coordinate the interfaces between all internal and external stakeholders and ensure the quality of the services at a high level. Your main tasks:
- Project management in the implementation of new and integral mandates, from planning to project completion
- Managing all tasks and processes within the project and actively participating in ongoing projects
- Responsibility for the qualitative and financial results of the projects
- Coordinating and leading internal and external meetings
- Supporting and advising clients and internal employees during all project phases as the main point of contact
- Assisting with submissions, offers, and documentation
- Training and accompanying operational employees to ensure a smooth start of the mandate
Your profile:
- (Technical) university degree in Facility Management, a technical or business-related field, or graduation from a hotel management school
- Professional experience in a comparable role in Facility Management, real estate management, or in the hospitality sector related to Facility Management
- Strong service orientation, high sense of responsibility, and confident and competent communication
- Independent, structured, process-oriented, and analytical working style
- Fluent in German and good English skills
- Impeccable reputation
