Construction Foreman for Refurbishments and Renovations
What you will achieve with us
- Management and organisation of small construction sites in the area of refurbishments and renovations
- Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
- Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
- Ensuring a high-quality, timely, and economical execution
- Coordination of personnel, machinery, and material deployment
- Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with regulations
- Inspection of completed work regarding quality, measurements, and timing
- Support with site logistics and reporting
- Close cooperation with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Shaping efficient workflows, solution-oriented, team-capable, and practical
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a construction foreman, corresponding professional further education, or an equivalent qualification in the main construction trade
- Solid technical construction knowledge as well as good organisational skills
- Several years of practical experience in site management, ideally in refurbishments and renovations
- Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented working style
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead site teams
- High quality and safety awareness
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally SORBA
- Willingness for personal development and to take on responsibility
- Open, team-oriented demeanour with assertiveness and commitment
- Enjoyment of variety, independent work, and the profession
- Valid category B driving licence
