Your tasks

You welcome and advise guests in a friendly and competent manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You take an active host role in daily operations and enjoy working directly with customers. You lead and support your team in daily work and exemplify a respectful collaboration. You are responsible for ordering and ensure an appealing product presentation. You create work and deployment schedules and coordinate daily processes. You plan sales activities and implement ideas to promote sales.

Your profile

You are motivated, customer-oriented, and inspire others with your positive attitude. You have completed training in sales or hospitality; experience in fresh products is an advantage. You bring leadership experience from a comparable role and know how to support and motivate employees. You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, and are flexible in daily operations. You are open to professional development and wish to advance your career.

Annual salary: CHF 71,000 to 78,000 (gross including 13th month salary) Age: from 30 years Commute: max. 1 hour each way. Parking available or very good public transport connections
