Relief Care Assistant SRK – Solothurn Region 10-40%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company offering private care services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich and Solothurn as well as other regions, and placing specialised professionals from the nursing and healthcare sectors in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To strengthen our care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a flexible, reliable and empathetic person as a Relief Care Assistant SRK in the Solothurn region.

• Care, support and accompaniment of our patients in their familiar home environment
• Flexible assumption of assignments during holiday absences, illness-related absences or additional staffing needs
• Support with basic care and everyday tasks
• Observation and communication of changes in health status
• Compliance with nursing guidelines and quality standards
• Completion of necessary care documentation

• Completed training as a Care Assistant SRK or equivalent recognised qualification
• High flexibility and willingness to work at different locations in the Solothurn region
• Category B driving licence and own car advantageous
• Good oral and written German skills (at least B2)
• Independent, reliable and empathetic personality
