With great care, discretion and commitment, we support condominium owners' associations in their daily activities. To strengthen our team in Uetendorf, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a 

Accounting Clerk (50 - 60 %)

Your tasks

• You manage double-entry bookkeeping for various properties.
• You post creditors and ensure correct and timely processing.
• You independently prepare annual financial statements.
• You work closely with the auditors of the properties during audits.
• You are in direct contact with condominium owners - personally and by telephone.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training or have comparable experience in accounting.
• You are familiar with double-entry bookkeeping and have experience with closing tasks.
• You enjoy communicating on the phone and like contact with people.
• You are open to common office and IT applications and enjoy learning new programmes.
• You work independently, in a structured and precise manner.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
