Civil Service Assistant Caritas-Brocki Hochdorf (Logistics/Retail (93861)
In collaboration with the canton, municipalities, and social insurances, we offer various services for unemployed individuals in our businesses.
The goal is to support and accompany people in challenging situations so that they can shape their lives independently.
With us, you will find a diverse field of activity where you can quickly familiarize yourself and take on responsibility. The challenge is to integrate the program participants meaningfully and to meet customer needs.
As part of our motivated team in Hochdorf, you will be jointly responsible for the goods cycle from the collection and acceptance of goods donations, inventory management, to serving customers at the cash register in our second-hand shop, which is open to all interested parties.
You can apply your craftsmanship skills in furniture assembly, and your organizational talent is needed for coordinating pick-up orders. When serving and settling the cash register, we rely on your conscientious work ethic and your flair for numbers. You demonstrate your positive, appreciative, and friendly demeanor at all times and, of course, in your interactions with customers and participants.
We count on your high social competence and your pronounced sense of responsibility when it comes to collaborating and guiding our program participants in these diverse areas.
The results of your efforts are a genuine contribution to the sustainable use of furniture, textiles, and household items, which can be reused, and the valued support and care for people who find it a bit more challenging to establish themselves in the job market. The engagement allows you insight into a non-profit organization.
