Your tasks

Support continuous improvement of procurement processes

Build and maintain a strong supplier portfolio

Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations (IVöB, BöB, etc.)

Develop and implement framework agreements with companies

Negotiate price, logistical and contractual conditions

Conduct reporting and annual supplier evaluations
Desired profile
- You have a higher education qualification in procurement/purchasing (FH, Swiss federal certificate)
- Strong organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and SAP
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of contract and procurement law
- You are a team player and enjoy working with others
- Fluency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language ; English skills are an advantage
